Zoning and Construction Procedures – Altındağ Municipality
Zoning Status Certificate (ÇAP)
To start construction on a parcel and obtain a building permit, the first step is to apply for a Zoning Status Certificate (ÇAP). Applications can be submitted by the property owner or by an authorized representative. Applications can also be submitted via the e-Municipality section of our website with the required documents.

Road Elevation (Yol Kotu)
The second step in the building permit process is the Road Elevation Application. Applications can be submitted by the property owner or an authorized representative. Applicants must have an electronic signature. Applications are submitted through the e-Municipality – e-Zoning section.
