Responsible Manager Certificate
According to Article 35 of the Regulation on Workplace Opening and Operating Licenses (Decision No. 2005/9207):
If the owner of a publicly accessible rest and entertainment venue is a legal entity, a responsible manager must be appointed to operate the workplace. The appointed responsible manager must be reported to the authorized authority.
