According to Article 2 of Industrial Registration Law No. 6948, workplaces engaged in production (manufacturing) must obtain a Preliminary Registration Certificate from the Industrial Registry.

Important Note:

It is mandatory that the License Application and Declaration Form be filled out completely and that a registry record be obtained from our Municipality’s Financial Services Department.

Workplaces Required to Obtain a Fire Department Report:

• Publicly accessible rest and entertainment venues (Bar, nightclub, coffeehouse, internet cafe, hotel, etc.)

• Workplaces where explosive, flammable, or combustible materials are produced, sold, or stored

• All workplaces with more than thirty employees

• Work centers, shopping areas, or similar workplaces that do not have direct street access apart from the main entrance and where multiple workplaces are located together

Note:

For buildings housing multiple workplaces, such as shopping centers or similar structures, the fire department report for the entire building is obtained by the building management. Unless there are structural changes, individual fire department reports are not required for these workplaces. If structural changes occur that affect fire safety measures, only the workplace owner where the structural change took place is required to obtain an individual fire department report.
