Karacabey Camii

Dating back to 427 AD, the Karacabey Mosque is part of a larger complex. This complex includes the tomb of Celaleddin Karacabey Bin Abdullah, the Karacabey Bathhouse, and a fountain. The Karacabey Mosque is located on the grounds of Hacettepe Hospital in Ankara. It is also known as the İmaret Mosque. The mosque has undergone numerous renovations since its construction. While its architecture resembles that of Bursa mosques, its unique architectural features distinguish it from other mosques in Ankara. This place of worship has five domes. Brick and stone were used in its construction.
